    Description

There is something about a human scull that is a little bit... unpleasant.

Maybe it is because it reminds me about my own death, this scull belonged to a living person, now it is just an empty shell, or is it completely empty?
Perhaps a little bit of the persons energy still linger on, I have heard about spirits connected to objects they were very attached to in life.
If a person really loved its body and had wonderful thoughts inside the scull, then maybe the soul will want to stay close to it?

When I drawed this I was (and still am) in awe of the Mexican ways of painting a scull, the dia de los muertos vibe, where they celebrate the dead at the graveyards.
I combined the dandy lions, fresh green colors and sunshine of summer, in this my version of a Mexican scull.
I hope the person who lived in it is ok with that, if you are not, sorry, rest in peace.
